- Day 1–3We shortlist vetted assistants for you and you meet them. You choose; we never assign.
- Day 4They set their rate, you set the scope, and the engagement starts.
- OngoingThey log their own hours and issue their own invoice. You approve it and see the whole split.

Assistants never pay Mkono for anything: not to apply, not to train, not to be placed, not to rank higher.
- They set their own rate. We show a suggested band; we do not set it.
- They start and stop their own tracker, and the log belongs to them.
- They issue their own invoice, and the split is published.
FAQ
Questions we actually get.
Where are the assistants based?
Accra and Kumasi in Ghana, and Nairobi in Kenya. Every profile names the city.
Why publish what the assistant is paid?
Because a spread you cannot see is a spread you cannot check. It also recruits better than any advertisement.
What happens if it is not working?
Tell us and we replace the assistant. The playbook they built stays with the engagement, so the next person does not start from nothing.
Can they work my hours?
That is the whole point. Accra gives 4–5 hours of US Eastern overlap on an afternoon shift, and Nairobi gives 6–8 with London.
